It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ernest Blanton of Saint Augustine, Florida, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blanton and Christine Blanton; his son Jeff Blanton; and his sister Wanda Scifres. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Blanton; his daughter Kelli Bellefeuille (Steve); his grandchildren, Autumn Bellefeuille, Zachary Bellefeuille, Lauren Blanton, Justin Brewer and Caitlyn Blanton; and his sisters, Saundra Collamati and Betty Henson.
