He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Steve McGinley of Kansas City, MO and Mason McGinley of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Collin, Joshua and Eleanora; and his sisters, Judy Bernardi of Kansas City, MO and Joan Bennett of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
