He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willie Johnson and Merian Grace Johnson; and his brother Robert Ernest Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Donna Johnson of St. Augustine Fl; his sons, Cary Johnson of Ontario Canada and Ian Johnson of Quebec Canada; his stepchildren, Laura McKittrick of St Augustine and John Thompson of Huntington, WV; and his siblings, Samuel Lee Johnson of Louisville, KY, David Guy Johnson of Chambersburg, PA and Merianne Grace Johnson of Radcliff, KY. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
