He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Moore and Elaine Moore. He is survived by: his wife Teri Moore; his children, Leslie Moore, Jeffery Kyle Moore, Kyle Smith, Charlotte Conner and Tabitha Golden; his grandchildren, Max Golden, Kynlie Moore, Bodhi Conner, Maverick Smith, Sebastian Smith and Vera Conner; and his siblings, Charlotte Freeman and Bobby Moore.
