She is survived by: her boyfriend Ron Burch; her siblings, Pat Wheeler and Nick Azar (Patty); her children, Jimmy Caviness (Leslie), Jill Ulp (Steve) and Joey Caviness (Patsy); and her grandchildren, Brittney Arevalo (Yorx), Jamie Caviness (Christina), Blake Caviness (Sonya), Christopher Caspari (Samara), Lacey Caviness, Jordan Caviness (Lexi), Nicole Caspari, Bailey Ulp, Jonah Caviness, Corey Ulp, Jarred Caviness and Averie Caviness. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
