She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Smith and Jessie Smith; and her son Joey Miller. She is survived by: her boyfriend Clayton Weedman; her children, Jeremy Leggett (Savannah), Grant Leggett (Kandice), Hailey Miller, Catherine Weedman and Danielle Weedman (Andy); her grandchildren, Annabelle, Cecelia, Macie, Briar, Jackson, Aiden, Alicia, Brandon and Josephine; and her brother Tony Smith (Robbin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
