He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joel T. Spivey and Carol Sones Spivey; his grandparents, Willis, Lenore Spivey, Merwin and Gladys Sones; his brother William Spivey (Carol) of Coatesville, PA; his stepmother Alice Spivey of Honey Brook, PA.; and his cousin Dorothy Spivey Dean.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Community Hospice Bailey Family Center for Caring in St. Augustine.
