He is survived by: his children, John Charles Morand (Cindy) and Suzanne Morand; his stepsons, Daniel Frasier (Jeanette) and Jacques Frasier (Francine); his brother-in-law Chris Argondizza; his nephew Leo Shanley; his niece Agnes Shanley; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Simon, Adele, Yves, Sebastien and Catherine. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Craig Funeral Home (1475 Old Dixie Hwy, St. Augustine, FL 32084).
