He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Lester and Edna Pollock Chard; his wife Anna Chard; his children, Charles Stoudt of Deland, FL, Anna Stoudt Starner of Lebanon, PA, Richard Chard of Brooksville, FL, Patricia Webb of St. Augustine, FL, Johnny Chard of Timmonsville, SC and Ronald Chard of St. Augustine, FL; and his sister Linda Levsen of Blue Grass, IA. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren.
