He is survived by: his wife Roberta Bourque of St. Augustine; his daughter Denise Hineline of Arlington, Washington; his brother Norman Bourque (Florence) of Colchester, Connecticut; his grandchildren, Megan, Joshua, Andrea and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Allison, Jaden, Jackson and Audrey. He is also survived by his family and friends.
