She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mildred Stimson and Lowell; her husband Bill; her siblings, Margaret McCormick (Lois Anderson) and Bruce Carter; her son Kevin Welaka (Jessica); her grandchildren, Kendyll Dixon Picard (Norman), Whitney Dixon Dagstrem, Kevin, Finch Jr., William Harris and Tristan Dietrick; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Nolan Picard, Lillian Kathryn Dagstrem, Audrey Louise Dagstrem, Parker and Jaxon Dietrick.
