He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Ray Cooley III and Kelly Rae Hankin; his wife Sonia Cooley; his grandsons, Daniel Ray Raleigh and Kenneth Ray Cooley IV; and his great grandchild Stella M. Raleigh. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
