He is survived by: his wife Lisa Clark; his daughter Kathleen Smith (Eddie Smith); his grandchildren, Josie Smith and Eddie Smith; his children, Brandi Clark (Rob Keller) and Jason Hampton (Tonya Hampton); his granddaughters, Jessica and Cadence Hampton; his son Ben Hampton (Krissi Hampton); his granddaughters, Kyra and Zoe Hampton; his parents-in-law, Norman and Davine Lambert; his aunt Audrey "LuLu" Sczepanski; his siblings, Scott Clark (Sonya Clark), Shelly Haer (Eddie Haer), Shari Kline (Todd Kline) and Susan Sczepanski; and his brothers-in-law, Scott, Eric and Chris Lambert. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
