It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Dennis O'Toole (Saint Augustine, Florida), born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Debra; his brother John; and his stepmother Joanne Crawford. He is survived by: his children, Jarrod and Tamara (Dan); his grandchildren, Lauryn, Luke, Dabney and Donovan; his brother Mick (Doreen); his stepsiblings, Carl Hicks (Rhonda) and Debbie Hayes; and his siblings-in-law, Regina Gonzales (David) and Ronald Padgett (Georgia). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins, and a host of friends.
