He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Kupinewicz (Roberts); and his half-brother Konnor Kupinewicz. He is survived by: his father Donald Kupinewicz; his wife Susan (Helliwell); his children, Nicole Kupinewicz (Jerry Jr.) and Michael Kupinewicz (Kaela); his grandchildren, Kaila, Alana and Lilly; his great grandchild Rhys; his siblings, Ed Kupinewicz (Shawn) and Beth Maconochie (Brian); and his half-sisters, Kelly Gruber (Alex), Katie Snyder (Garrett) and Kristy Smith (Aaron).
