He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Melitski and Theresa Melitski; and his brothers, Tommy and John Turchi (Chuck). He is survived by: his wife Ellen O'Keefe Melitski; his sisters, Barbara Emmerich (Bill), Joan Hutzler (Greg) and Michele Melitski; and his pets, Phatty and Grey Grey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
