He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Culbreth and Rosetta Culbreth; his children, Michael and Melissa; and his siblings, Thomas, Charles, Daniel, Pauline (Bebe) and Rosemary.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Berger; his children, Richard, Michele (James Costanzo), Paul (Tricia) and Benjamin; his grandchildren, Donna, Ashley, Aidan, Austin, Sophia and Nicholas; his great grandchild Madison; and his siblings, Walter, Richard and Nancy.
Donations in honor of Mickey may be made to Mayo Clinic or to any local animal rescue organization.
