He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Domingo and Patricia Ann Usina. He is survived by: his sons, Brett Usina of Miami, FL, Joel Usina (Abbie) of Fort Wayne, IN and Derik Usina of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Elaylah, Silas and Joylin; and his siblings, Tim Usina (Kathy) of Fairland, IN, Terry Usina of Lawrence, KS, Laurie Usina of Fort Wayne and Steve Usina (Brenda) of Tega Cay, SC..
