He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Elizabeth Smith and Fredrick Hale. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Vivian Hale of Saint Augustine, Florida; his children, Kevin Hale of Pembroke Pines, Florida and Lisa Calcagino (James) of Lehigh Acres, Florida; and his grandson Rylan J. Calcagino of Lehigh Acres. He is also survived by numerous Nephews and Nieces.
