He is survived by: his former wife Robin Lucas O'Neil; his wife Robin Jean O'Neil; and his children, Carly Chaffin (Bill), David O'Neil, Craig O'Neil (Kim), Scott O'Neil, Phillip Hailey (Tammy), John Chang, Elaine Duschen and William Chang (Lalou).
