With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Reed of Saint Augustine, Florida, born in Klamath Falls, Oregon, who passed away on August 9, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Reed; and her brothers-in-law, Stewart Good and Jerry Apoldite. She is survived by: her husband Steven Adzima; her mother Joyce Reed; her siblings, Verna Good, Eileen Reed (Michael Smith), Thomas Reed (Stacy) and Ellen Apoldite; her daughter Cheryl Roest (Han); and her granddaughters, Celine and Karenna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phyllis' name to Community Hospice Bailey Family Center for Caring, 200 Health Park Boulevard, St. Augustine, Florida 32086.
