He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Guy Sr. and Dorothy Guy (Swope); his siblings, Earl Guy Jr., Donald Guy, William Guy and Dorothy Gillette; and his granddaughter Katie Guy.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn L. Guy (Crowley); his sisters, Carolyn Kapp and Virginia Goulet (Ronald); his children, John R. Guy (Janet), James E. Guy (Danielle) and Laura L. Nash (Slater); and his grandchildren, Angela Zeigler, Jami Engel, Shannon Berry, Samantha Althoff, Kristina Frye, Rachel Nash, Taylor Nash, Amber Parrish and Lucas Parrish. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
