He is survived by: his father Raymond Oscar Kelly; his wife Carol Kelly; his children, Bryan Ray Kelly (Jenifer) and Amber Rae Kelly (Carter); his siblings, Gary Kelly (Karen) and Ann Gregory (James); his grandchildren, Anaya, Ciara, Bryce, Ethan, Avi Rae, Skylar, Ruby, Levi and Benjamin; and his great grandchild Nathaniel Rae.
