He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Powell and Billie Powell; his brother Ed Powell; and his sons, Scott Bull and Brent Bull.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Powell of Lowgap; his son Kevin Bull (Kim); his grandsons, Jackson and Reece of St. Augustine, Florida; his daughter Amy Jajuga (Vince); his grandchildren, Sheridan, Charlie of Mount Pleasant and Brody Bull of Marietta, GA; and his sister-in-law Cathy Powell. He is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
