She was predeceased by: her parents, Erma White and Henry Lewis Mitchell; her siblings, Rebecca Bobbit and Carroll "C. W." Mitchell; and her stepdaughter Toni Tipton.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred (Tyree); and her daughters, Lauren Quinney of Elkton and Tamara Holtz of Hastings. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and many beloved great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the St. Johns Family Funeral Home (385 FL-207, St. Augustine, FL 32084).
