He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Handlin of St. Augustine, James H. "Jim" Drainer, Jr. (Mona) of St. Augustine, Paul M. Drainer, Sr. of Delaware and Bruce A. Drainer (Nancy) of Delaware. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Because of the COVID 19 restrictions on public assemblies, no public services will be held.
