We are sad to announce that, on May 21, 2026, at the age of 85, Walter Edward Coward of Saint Augustine, Florida, born in Kingsport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Walter may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Walter touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Kevin and Erin; his brother-in-law Paul (Louise); his nieces, Lisa (Daniel) and Tricia; and his nephew Paul Jr..
