He is survived by: his sister Judith; his nephew David; his nieces, Jeanette, Judy Lynn, Beverly (Rene), Cynthia (Patrick) and Linda; his great-nephew Noah; his nieces and nephews, Suzi, Thrisha, Elisa, John Jr., Desiree, Ryan, Kara and Kayley; Deborah.
