He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Lebrun (John Lebrun) of Jensen Beach and Jamie Zavala (Jose Zavala) of Port St; his grandchildren, Kevin Scalise (Abbie Scalise), Jordan Scalise and Logan Zavala; his great grandchild Saylor Scalise; his sisters, Barbara Mowry (Michael Mowry) and Debra Arlt; his nibling Dale Mowry (Whitney Mowry); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Adisynn and Harper Mowry; his niece Holly Collazo (Nick Collazo); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mackenzie, Sophie, Leyton and Katelynne Collazo; his niece Krista Peters; his great-nephews, Landon Feliciani and Liam Strynkowski; his great-niece Lidia Strynkowski; his former wife Theresa Arlt; his grandchildren, Alexandria Poole, Christian Poole, Kai Poole, Sebastian Green and Madison Green; his great grandchild Enzo Vera; Daniel Poole (Jennifer Poole) and Danielle Poole (Mikey Green).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Salvation Army, Shriners, American Heart Association, or the Fraternal Order of Eagles in his memory.
