He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Wall and Louis Wall; and his brother Thomas Wall. He is survived by: his wife Sissy Casto Wall; his brother Bob Wall (Betty); his daughters, Caroline and Catherine Wall; his stepchildren, Darin Alred, Clint Sanders (Stella), Mike Sanders, Maria Eimer (Tom), Katy Hampton (Rick) and Missy Sanders; and his caregiver Brandy Worden.
