It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Adriana Candelario (Saint Cloud, Florida), who passed away on January 13th 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was a beautiful 24 week old baby, she weighed 1 pound, 1 ounce and was 12 inches long. She had the most perfect facial features. She left behind a huge whole in moms heart but she will be forever loved untill we meet again my baby girl. I didnt get to spend much time with you but you will always be a beautiful blessing to mommy, i love you. Family and friends can light a candle as a loving gesture for their loved one.
