Barbara-Ann Lorraine Starcher "Barbie" September 12, 1990 — September 14, 2024 Barbara-Ann Lorraine Starcher, was born September 12, 1990 in Kissimmee, passed away in Kissimmee on September 14, 2024, to be with our Lord and Saviour.
She was born in Kissimmee and a lifelong resident of St. Cloud.
She received her High School Diploma from ALCO in Kissimmee in 2006 as the youngest student to graduate from the school at age 16).
She worked briefly with her mother, Barbara (Starcher) Bird, at "The Florida Cattleman & Livestock Journal" after her graduation. She also worked for Silver Lining in St. Cloud, and at Cody's Roadhouse in Port St. Lucie where she lived briefly.
She is survived by her sons; Colby A. Warnick, Jr., St. Cloud, and Kenneth Fahey, Jr., Port St. Lucie; mother, Barbara Sikes (Richard) Bird, St. Cloud; father, John Henry (Nancy) Starcher, Tampa; brothers; Adam Carroll Starcher, St. Cloud; John Joseph Starcher (Amanda), Ocala; and Timothy James Starcher, Apopka; stepbrothers, Brian Bird (Shauna), Todd Bird (Darcy), and stepsister, Amanda Nichole (Keith.).
She is also survived by her nieces and nephews: Alex Sandavol, Chase Starcher, Courtney Starcher, all of St. Cloud; Sgt. William (Aubrey) Starcher (South Korea), Charles, Richard, and Maddie Starcher, Brunswick, GA; aunt Pamela Ann (Ricky) Jones; uncles Carroll Sikes, and Timmy (Angel) Sikes, Metter, GA; several great aunts and uncles and cousins in Georgia and North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carroll & Ann Sikes, Metter, GA and Adam & Geneva Starcher, St. Cloud.
She loved her kids, friends and family and will be greatly missed.
The family will gather at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Osceola Memory Gardens, 2000 13th Street, St. Cloud, FL. Visitation starts at 11:00 a.m. with services will follow at 12:30. Pallbearers will be Adam C. Starcher (brother), John J. Starcher (brother), Timothy J. Starcher (brother), Charles Starcher (nephew), Brian Bird (stepbrother), Lance Sikes (cousin). Burial will be at Mount Peace Cemetery in St. Cloud, FL after the service.
