He was predeceased by: his parents, Julio Modesto Ayala and Leocadia Maria Medina; his siblings, Angel Ayala, Mauro Ayala, Modesto Ayala and Victoria Ayala Montalvo; his stepmother Lidia Montalvo Jaramillo; and his stepdaughter Gladys Badillo Ariel.
He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Victoria; his sister Julia Norma Ayala Montalvo; his daughters, Carmen Higinia Ayala Juron, Miriam Gioconda Ayala and Ceci Margarita Ayala-Bland; his son-in-law Tony Juron; his grandchildren, Jimmy Lugo, Christopher Juron, Michelle Juron, Logan Bland, Garrett Bland and Andrea Juron; and his great grandchildren, Yvette Alexandra Lugo and Alexander Mason Lugo.
