Charles "Charlie" Jeffrey Dowd August 31, 1960 - December 19, 2021 Charles "Charlie" Jeffrey Dowd, age 61, of St. Cloud, FL went to be with the Lord on the morning of December 19, 2021. Charlie was born on August 31, 1960 in Fort Knox, KY to Francis and Ella Dowd. Charlie enjoyed collecting antiques and going fishing. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother and father to his sons Justin and Charles Jr.

Charlie is preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Ella Dowd, brother Francis Joseph Dowd Jr. and sister Edith Calire.

Charlie is survived by his sons Charles Jr. and Justin Dowd; sisters Deborah Johnson (Randy) and Kathy Maxwell (Terry); and brothers Michael Dowd and Thomas Dowd (Sandy). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
