He is survived by: his wife Colonel Nora M. Kendall; and his children, Dr. Charles W. Noble, II (Cheryl), Dr. Michael A. Noble (Louise), Anna Noble (Lecia), Sylvia Ochieng (Josiah) and Shelly Noble-Greggs (Brian). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
