He is survived by: his wife Carmen Cardona; his children, David Reich, Jr. (Lisandra Delgado) and Farrah Reich (Bryan Lee Vazquez); his grandchildren, Michael, Kevin, Lyanette, Adianet Reich, Emily and Alejandro Lee; his mother Lydia Montalvo; his stepfather Pedro Montalvo; his brothers, Pedro and Anthony Montalvo; and his sister-in-law Aida Montalvo.
