He is survived by: his wife Carol Oteham (Plunkett); his children, Sandra Beeler (Steve) of Wildwood, FL, Stephen Oteham (Marti) of Battleground, IN and Laura Oteham of Titusville, FL; and his stepchildren, Brent Veldhuizen (Donna) of West Lafayette, IN, Heidi Riegle (Aaron) of Attica and Nathan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
