He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Cathers and Mae Cathers (Parker); his wife Pearl Cathers; and his son Joseph Cathers. He is survived by: his daughters, Belinda Cook of Albuquerque, NM, Martha Fuller (Jim) of Fayetteville, NY, Patricia Acton (Stephen) of St. Cloud, FL. and Sara Story (Robert) of St. Cloud, FL.. He is also survived by 47 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers that fade away, the family asks that donations be made in his name to the Gideons.
