He is survived by: his wife Annette Congrove; his daughters, Amy Jo Bost, Brittany Congrove and Taylor Congrove; his stepdaughters, Ashley and Paige Byers; and his grandchildren, Levi, Branden, Carter, Jayden, Aubrey, Ella and Jasper.
