She is survived by: her daughter Katherine Blades; her grandchildren, Emily and Joseph; and her siblings, Frederick Stewart (Jo Ellen) of Gilbertsville and Joanne Kolenda of Worcester. She is also survived by her 4 nieces and many great nieces and nephews.
