He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Samples and Patricia Samples; and his brother Tom Samples. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Allison Samples; his sons, Jason Samples (Erin) of Oviedo and Kyle Samples of St. Cloud, Florida; his grandchildren, Payton Ray Samples, Avery Samples and Blake Samples; and his siblings, Tammy Dudgeon (Dale) and Don Samples (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
