He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Heckman and Joyce Heckman (Taylor); his wife Nancy Ann Manning of St. Cloud; his children, Randall Hoy (Cassie) of Ganby, MA, Joshua Manning of Orlando, FL, Melissa Hoy of Chicopee, MA and Samantha Merola (Zachary) of Kissimmee, FL; his siblings, Ronnie Manning, Robert Manning of Columbus, OH, Robbin Merrhew (Stephen) of Johnstown, NY and Rhonda Scott of Wilmington, OH; and his grandchildren, Christina Hoy, Alexianna Rodriguez, Lilah Hoy of Ganby and Jason Reyes.
