He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Whitcombe and Lucille Whitcombe (Decker); his wife Charlotte Lunetta Whitcombe; his children, William J. Whitcombe, Janie Bell of Jacksonville, FL, Connie L. Benca (James) of Saint Cloud, FL and Robert Whitcombe (Sheryl) of Radcliff, KY; and his sister Deb Clark Bentley. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in his name to the Osceola County Council on Aging, 700 Generation Point, Kissimmee, FL 34744.
