He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Karlson, Sheryl Manning of Colorado and Rick Karlson; his daughters, Christy Swanson of Iowa, Becky Crafton (Tony) of Nebraska and Melissa VanderVelde (Andre) of Iowa; his stepsons, Jonathan Baity (Samantha) of South Carolina, Brandon Baity (Indira) of Oregon and Sean (Bubba); and his wife Stacy.
