He was predeceased by: his wife Victoria Lea Hines; his son Michael Steven Patty; his parents, Irene Patty (Harter) and Roger Eugene Patty; and his brother-in-law Vern Broadfield.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Alan Patty (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jacob and Emma Patty; his sister Carolyn Broadfield; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Granger (Jim) and Russell Hines (Maureen); and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Gartman, Katie Granger, Matt, Dan, David Broadfield, Scott, Brad and Darren Hines.
