With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger Alan Patty of Saint Cloud, Florida, born in Des Moines, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2025 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his wife Victoria Lea Hines; his son Michael Steven Patty; his parents, Irene Patty (Harter) and Roger Eugene Patty; and his brother-in-law Vern Broadfield.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Alan Patty (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jacob and Emma Patty; his sister Carolyn Broadfield; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Granger (Jim) and Russell Hines (Maureen); and his sibling's children, Elizabeth Gartman, Katie Granger, Matt, Dan, David Broadfield, Scott, Brad and Darren Hines.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lankford Funeral Home (220 E New York Ave, DeLand, FL 32724). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Oakdale Cemetery (531 W Oakdale Ave, DeLand, FL 32720).
