“I am a neighbor of Russ and remember him as a wonderful neighbor and family man. He and I served on the Community Board together. I cannot think of a better man. Russ reached out to others many times to serve those who were less fortunate, such as helping neighbors put in new sod when they were unable. He always had a smile on his face in spite of the pain he was going through. Russ was also super reliable in his community activities and support. It was an honor to know Russ - truly a great man!”
