He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Stoaks and Bette Stoaks (Bryarly). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Terry Valkovic (Ruth) of Lewisville, OH, Heather Sloan of Woodsfield, OH and Samantha Stoaks of Largo, FL; his siblings, Rick Stoaks (Diana) and Kathy Andreozzi (Jim) of Follansbee, WV; his grandchildren, Alison, Austin, Olivia, Carson and Ocean; his great grandchild Myran; and his stepsons, Joe, John and James. He is also survived by two step grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
