He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Holt and Lois Holt (Shaw); and his sister Norma Angelo (Holt). He is survived by: his children, Carol Ann Cardamone (Holt) of Fernandina Beach and Terry William Holt, Jr. of West Seneca, NY.; his wife Carol Ann Dempsey; his daughter Carry Cardamone (Sero); his grandchildren, Stephanie Cardamone, Nicholas Cardamone (Meaghan), Alexandria Holt and Terry Holt III; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Dempsey (Arlene) and Daniel Dempsey (Donna). He is also survived by 2 nephews and 8 nieces.
