He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Battiato and Edna Battiato (Ruzowski). He is survived by: his wife Odeth; his stepchild Jao Rosales; his daughters, Lolita (Tycho) and Chiaryn (Andy); his granddaughter Adeline of Seattle; and his daughter Tomasita Miranda.
