She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth Kurzawa; her grandparents, Andrew and Benigna Kurzawa; and her husband Joseph Chlapowski. She is survived by: her sisters, Agnes Chianese and Brenda Payne; and her children, Joseph Chlapowski (Peggy), Jack Chlapowski (Laura), Deborah Berje (Albert), Suzanne Reyburn Luray, Lucinda Moore (Thomas), Celeste Valenty (James), Randolph Chlapowski (Carmen Ramirez), Vanessa Chlapowski (Mark Renier), Van Chlapowski (Patti) and Lisbeth Chlapowski (Shawn Feagle). She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
